Ricons signs 2022 Business Plan

On January 19, Ricons held the signing ceremony of the business plan for 2022 at the Company’s office. This is one of the major events held annually by Ricons. In the ceremony, the Company’s key executives, on behalf of the entire workforce, expressed their commitment to work with the Board of Management to implement the goals and action plans set out in 2022.

Last year, the world economy in general and Vietnam’s in particular were heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in the construction sector. However, Ricons still managed to achieve many impressive results. Up to now, Ricons has recorded a revenue of more than 8,100 billion VND, delivering positive growth from the previous year.

Therefore, in addition to the financial plan, in 2022, Ricons’s management has set out key goals on enhancing the quality of products and services along with developing human resources into a workforce where every employee is strongly committed to the Company.

Reasonable development strategies combined with dedicated human resources will enable Ricons to proactively take advantage of opportunities to deliver excellent work and further promote the brand’s reputation in 2022.
