Ricons successfully organized its half-year meeting on production and business performance analysis

The end of the first six months of the year, as per tradition, is the period when Ricons assesses the state of production and business operations from all angles. The goal is to maintain its competitive edge in the third and fourth quarters, making sure Ricons meets its own 2022 objectives.

Early July 4, Ricons’ board of directors, together with project directors, MEP project directors, as well as heads & deputy heads of departments and project managers attended an internal meeting to discuss its business outcomes for the first half of 2022. Ricons’ project directors and department heads reported successful outcomes, unsatisfactory elements in the first and second quarters of 2022, as well as recommendations for enhanced performance during the session.

The Board of Directors made the right decisions, and the staff’s excitement and hard work resulted in phenomenal growth for Ricons beyond the target outlined in the first half of 2022. In particular, as of the conclusion of the second quarter, Ricons’ revenue had increased by more than 50% as compared to the same period the previous year, setting a new record in avenue in four years. This is proof that Ricons could and will always stand strong in the face of risks and adversity brought by the dynamic real estate sector. This will also serve as inspiration for Ricons to keep making strides toward its goal of generating 10,000 billion VND worth of revenue by the end of 2022. Ranked among the top three construction companies in Vietnam, Ricons never ceases to impress investors in turning premium projects into reality.

The decision to name Mr. Tran Van Muoi and Mr. Nguyen Hieu operations directors of the company was also made on the morning of July 4 by Mr. Tran Quang Quan, the general director. The appointment of these two senior employees is expected to enforce leadership within the company – another stepping stone for Ricons to keep reaching new heights.
