Recently, the Ricons Trade Union Executive Committee and representatives from departments organized visits to the project management boards at Long Thanh Internaltional Airport and Nova World Phan Thiet.
These visits not only provided an opportunity to meet and encourage the team members but also allowed for open conversations, where the company could listen to the thoughts, concerns, and aspirations of the site management boards. Through these interactions, Ricons aims to better understand the challenges and difficulties faced by the teams, while also demonstrating timely care and support.
