In recent years, the number of stroke cases in Vietnam increased significantly. According to the Ministry of Health, approximately 200,000 Vietnamese suffered a stroke every year, with about 50% resulting in death or severe after-effects. Notably, around 10–15% of cases occurred among younger people under 45, mainly due to work-related stress, lack of physical activity, and unhealthy diets (source: Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control).
In response to this reality, this year’s training program was supplemented with a module on first aid, stroke recognition, and prevention, with the participation of experienced medical experts. The content focused on:

The training session provided participants with valuable and practical knowledge. Employees reinforced their understanding of occupational safety regulations and procedures, while also gained important health protection skills for themselves and their colleagues. This program laid an important foundation for fostering a safe, healthy and sustainable working environment at Ricons.
