RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On the morning of November 20, 2025, Ricons held a special ceremony to celebrate Internal Trainer Team in honor of Vietnam Teachers’ Day. The event took place simultaneously at the Head Office in Ho Chi Minh City and Representative Office in Hanoi.
The ceremony welcomed the attendance of Mr. Tran Quang Quan – General Director of Ricons, Mr. Tran The Phuong – Operations Director, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam – Operations Director, Mr Nguyen Hieu – Operations Director, Mr. Le Phong Vu – Human Resources Director, together with nearly 70 internal trainers.
During the event, Mr. Tran Quang Quan expressed his sincere appreciation to the Internal Trainer Team – those who play the role of “igniting the flame,” sharing knowledge, practical experience, and passion for the profession with younger generations at Ricons.
Internal trainers play a pivotal role in Ricons’ human resource development strategy. They are seasoned professionals with extensive hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the company’s systems, processes, and culture. With this foundation, each training session delivers high applicability and strong practical relevance, enabling learners to effectively apply knowledge at construction sites and across functional departments.
In 2025, the Training Center – Human Resources Department has organized 350 training courses, workshops and coaching programs covering both technical topics and essential skills, contributing significantly to the capability development of Ricons’ workforce.
Also during the ceremony, the Board of Directors presented commemorative pins and gifts to acknowledge the dedicated contributions of the Internal Trainer Team throughout the company’s development journey.
The program concluded in a warm and meaningful atmosphere, reaffirming Ricons’ commitment to investing in training and people development – a core value that shapes the company’s strength, reputation, and long-term vision.
