RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Recently, Ricons continues to win the bid for Park Kiara project as the Design and Build General Contractor (Design and Build). The project is located in ParkCity Residence Area, Ha Dong, Hanoi and invested by Vietnam International Township Development Joint Stock Company.
Engaging in the project, Ricons will design and build structures, complete, and perform electromechanical installation for 2 blocks, each block consists of 1 basement, 4 podium floors and 27 high floors. The project is expected to be completed after 25 months.
It is said that ParkCity Hanoi is a modeling Residence Area including many subdivisions such as Nadyne Gardens, Evelyne Gardens, The Mansions, … In which, Park Kiara is the first high-rise residence area here. Like the modeling project that has received many prestigious awards – Desa ParkCity in Kuala Lumpur, Park Kiara has a modern design in addition to class facilities and green living space.
Constantly improving and strengthening resources, continuously improving construction quality, especially completion, Ricons will surely bring more surplus value to the Investor when sales begins in the market.
