RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On March 13, 2023, Ricons officially won the construction bid for The Garden subdivision of the Eco Central Park project in Hung Hoa Commune, Vinh City, Nghe An Province.
This is a project developed by Ecopark on which Ricons will work as the principal contractor. Specifically, Ricons was awarded the construction package of nearly 500 adjacent villas in Eco Central Park’s The Garden subdivision. Through this collaboration, Ricons will lay the groundwork for its goal of taking on the role of General Contractor for the entire project, adding value for both the project’s residents and Developer.
Eco Central Park, with a scale of nearly 200 hectares, is the first project in Vinh city to be built with a unique landscape and class, creating a distinctive multi-storey ecosystem. Eco Central Park is also the only project in Vinh City up to now that owns the 10-hectare Thien Nga detention basin and 50-hectare greenery and water surface, bringing a pure and fresh living space for residents.
