Recently, Ricons won the bid for the project ‘Central Park Residences – Premium Apartments’ – a component of the Eco Central Park project complex in Vinh, Nghe An province.
As a strategic contractor accompanying the Founder of Ecopark, the investor continues to depend on Ricons to serve as General Contractor for the design and construction on this project.
Project Central Park Residences consists of two mixed-use apartment towers, each with 2 basements and 30 stories. Among these are three Commercial and Service levels, which include the Commercial and Service Tower podium and the low-rise Commercial and Service Square), one refuge floor, as well as 26 apartment floors that make up 620 apartments. The project is developed on 19,196m2 of land area.
With the overall area of 200 hectares in size, Eco Central Park is a highly rated project in terms of geographical location and feng shui, with a location adjacent to both the city center and the calm waters of Lam River. The project is an ideal blend of new ecological living space and one-of-a-kind green architectural goods.
