Kicking off May on a high note, Ricons has officially made its mark in the heart of Hanoi by winning the bid for the Giang Vo Mixed-Use Complex project. Strategically located at 15–17 Ngoc Khanh Street, Giang Vo Ward, Ba Dinh District, the project sits on a prime plot in the capital’s administrative, economic, and cultural core. The project is developed by Pacific Thang Long Co., Ltd.
Planned as a modern, multifunctional development, Giang Vo Complex will feature a high-end hotel, Grade A office spaces, premium commercial services, and a host of upscale amenities. The project is expected to become a new architectural landmark, reshaping the landscape of Giang Vo – one of Hanoi’s most dynamic growth areas.
Covering a total land area of 12,066 m², the project comprises two main structures:
– A 19-storey hotel tower with 2 basement levels and a total of 350 guest rooms
– A 21-storey office block with 2 basement levels
At this project, Ricons is responsible for delivering the piling and structural works, including diaphragm wall enhancement, bored piles, reinforced concrete structures for the foundation, basement, superstructure and finishing works.
