RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On the morning of August 16, 2022, Ricons officially won the auction for the low-rise housing project in the new urban area: Duong Noi, Ha Dong District, Hanoi, as a partner and investor in key projects here with Nam Cuong Group.
Ricons took part in this undertaking as a general contractor. For roughly 200 homes in subdivision B of Duong Noi new urban area in Ha Dong district, Hanoi, Ricons will specifically be responsible for the building of the foundation, rough construction, and exterior finishing. The project is estimated to take 6.5 months to complete, and the entire floor area is 80,000 m2.
