At the beginning of quarter IV, Ricons continued to receive news of winning La Maison project under SwanBay Project cluster (Dai Phuoc Island), Nhon Trach, Dong Nai). The project is inspired by modern French architecture with sophisticated and precise designs.
As the general contractor, Ricons will deploy the package of constructing structure, finishing exterior and installing MEP for 249 villas. The expected construction period is 13 months.
