RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
At the beginning of quarter IV, Ricons continued to receive news of winning La Maison project under SwanBay Project cluster (Dai Phuoc Island), Nhon Trach, Dong Nai). The project is inspired by modern French architecture with sophisticated and precise designs.
As the general contractor, Ricons will deploy the package of constructing structure, finishing exterior and installing MEP for 249 villas. The expected construction period is 13 months.
It is known that Ricons is also deploying many villa projects, such as SwanPark, Venita Park Khang Dien, The Manor Central Park, etc. With the experience and professional construction capacity, Ricons is confident to implement the project successfully.
