Last week, Ricons officially secured the contract for the turnkey supply and installation of the electrical and low voltage electrical system for Multi- level School within the Manor Central Park Urban Area project (Dwight School Hanoi).
In particular, alongside the construction contract that Ricons is currently undertaking, the investor Bitexco has continued to place their trust in brand Ricons by awarding the contract for the complete supply and installation of the electrical and low voltage electrical system for this project.
Dwight School is a global leader in the Baccalaureate education system. Therefore, Dwight School Hanoi will inherit the best education program with the rich heritage of this 150-year-old school system.
Built on an area of 32,000-square-meter, the project consists of one basement floor and five above-ground floors, boasting an open architectural design and luxurious, modern facilities. Dwight School Hanoi will be equipped with high-end electrical and low voltage electrical equipment, all 100% imported.”
On August 26th, site management board of Dwight School Hanoi also welcomed a delegation of over 100 members from Turner – project management company, representing various countries, for a site visit, exchange of experiences and project management discussions.
The breaking ground ceremony of Dwight school Ha Noi was held in May 2023. As of now, after more than 3 months of concentrating resources and closely follow to the schedule, the project has completed 4 out of the total 6 floors of the structural phase and is expected to reach the roof by October 2023. In parallel, site management board is also expediting the finishing work to hand over priority areas to the operations team in September 2023.
