Shortly after winning the construction package for W-Grow Building project, Ricons has once again been entrusted by the Investor to handle MEP package “XL7 – MEP installation” officially becoming the General Contractor for this project.
W-Grow Building is located on plot H2 – CC1 in the heart of the Starlake urban area, Xuan Tao ward, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi. This Grade A office building is being developed by the Investor, Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, and the Project Development Unit, OSI Holdings. The building is set to be constructed and operated according to LEED Gold standards (a green building certification from the U.S. Green Building Council), ensuring green and sustainable space criteria in line with contemporary trends.
The project boasts a total floor area of approximately 28,000 square meters, comprising 16 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, built on a plot of nearly 4,000 square meters. As of now, this is the first Grade A office building being constructed in the western urban area of West Lake, Hanoi.
On the morning of July 31, 2024, the contract signing ceremony for the implementation of the MEP package “XL7 – MEP installation” for the project was solemnly held, attended by the board of directors of Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company and Ricons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, along with representatives from all parties involved.
