RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Ricons was recently awarded the MEP package for The Nexus project, valued at roughly a total of 600 billion VND.
The Nexus is an international standard Grade A+ office complex project created by R.C Real Estate Financing Development Joint Stock Company, located on Ton Duc Thang Street in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City (Refico).
The project consists of 5 basements and 2 towers with a total building area of 114,000 m2. In particular, Tower 1 has 26 storeys and tower 2 has 35 levels.
Ricons will supply and install a lighting system, air conditioning system, water supply and drainage system, and fire protection system as part of this MEP package.
The Nexus project’s MEP category is planned by Indochine design consulting and overseen by MACE supervision consulting.
In terms of quality, engineering, and construction procedures, the Nexus is a challenging project; yet Ricons is massively confident in meeting the demanding standards in construction and safety of the project to deliver its investors a product of such high quality and class. The firm has 18 years of expertise in the field of construction and takes huge pride in its leading role as a general contractor in Vietnam.
With all due respect, Ricons has officially claimed its spot as general contractor for The Nexus project, with a contract value of about 3,000 billion VND.
