Within one week, Ricons constantly won many projects with the total contract value of up to VND 4,000, specifically: Wyndham Lynn Times Thanh Thuy Resort Complex (Phu Tho), Diamond Brilliant Luxury Apartment Area – Celadon City ( HCMC) and BW Industrial Factory (Binh Duong).
Wyndham Lynn Times Thanh Thu resort complex
Expected to become a leading 5-star hot spring resort complex in Vietnam, Wyndham Lynn Times Thanh Thuy invested by Onsen Fuji Services Travel JSC in Bao Yen Commune, Thanh Thuy District, Phu Tho Province. The project consists of 2 separate functional areas: The hotel apartment area is composed of two 32-storey towers and an ancillary service area with an area of 9.7ha. Ricons participated as the general contractor, in charge of structure, finishing and MEP works of the whole project.
Diamond Brilliant high-end apartment building – Celadon City
After the Diamond Precinct package, Gamuda has recently continued to assign Ricons to implement Diamond Brilliant high-end apartment building in Celadon City Urban Area, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City. As the general contractor, Ricons will construct the structure, finishing and MEP part for the project, including 3 towers, each tower consists of 15 floors; 98 villas (5 floors), landscape infrastructure, swimming pool and outdoor playground for children. As planned, the project will be implemented in Quarter IV this year and completed in Quarter III/2021.
BW industrial factory
The project is located in Bau Bang Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province and is invested by BW Industrial Development JSC. In which, Ricons will construct structures, finishing and MEP installation for the 6th and 7th phases of the factory. The project is expected to be completed at the end of quarter I/2020.
Thus, quarter III/2019 has not ended, but Ricons constantly won a series of tenders and deployed a series of large projects, namely: Apec Mandala Wyndham Phu Yen, Nova Hill Mui Ne, The Manor Central Park, Park Kiara, Anland Lakeview, Lagoona Binh Chau, Big C Tra Vinh, etc. In the context that the construction market still faces a lot of difficulties, these are considered as optimistic signals for the Company, especially the impressive high contract value of projects.
It is expected that at the end of this year and early next year, the above projects will be deployed by Ricons. With the long-term experience in successfully deployed a series of large-scaled high-rise projects, and experience engineer team, Ricons will certainly complete and hand over projects in accordance with the set schedule and ensure the absolute safety and quality for the Investor.
