Starting in 2022, on the basis of strategic cooperation, many principals such as Gamuda Land, Novaland Group, An Gia, Brotex and SEA Logistic Partners have entrusted Ricons with new projects, with the total value of packages reaching more than 6,000 billion dong.
West Gate
The Westgate complex is developed by An Gia Real Estate Group. Located in the administrative center of Binh Chanh District, the project has a scale of 3.1 ha, including 7 20-storey towers. Ricons will assume the role of general contractor for design & construction for the whole project with a total contract value of nearly VND 2,300 billion. The project is expected to be handed over by the end of 2023.
It is known that in 2021, Ricons handed over 2 high-rise apartments including River Panorama and Sky 89 to An Gia Group. The projects not only excel in terms of quality and progress, but also receive positive feedback from the project owner and residents.
Celadon City – Diamond Alnata Plus
Celadon City is a high-class urban area developed by Gamuda Land in Ho Chi Minh City. Ricons has been working on subdivisions such as Diamond Precinct and Diamond Brilliant of this project. Following Ricons’ professional showcase of construction capacity, recently, Gamuda Land has continued to assign Ricons the role of general contractor for the Diamond Alnata Plus subdivision, with a scale of 4 14-storey towers and a total area of more than 152,000 m2.
Novaworld Phan Thiet – Monaco Villas
In Binh Thuan Province, Novaland Group has assigned Ricons structural work, basic finishing, and M&E for 194 single and duplex villas in Monaco Villas subdivision. The package is worth more than 220 billion VND, expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.
Up to now, Ricons has been undertaking the construction of 622 apartments in the Novaworld Phan Thiet project. This is one of Novaland’s high-class resorts with a total investment of up to 5 billion USD.
SLP Xuyen A Factory
Located in Duc Hoa District, Long An Province, SLP Xuyen A project has a scale of 3 factories with a total construction floor area of more than 90,000 m2. The package for structural work, finishing and M&E is worth nearly 700 billion VND and will be deployed in the first quarter of this year.
This is the second project in which Ricons cooperates with SLP. Previously, overcoming obstacles during the Covid-19 pandemic, Ricons and the Project Owner held the groundbreaking ceremony of SLP Park Hai Phong factory in August 2021, which is currently being accelerated and expected to be handed over at the beginning of the second quarter of this year.
Brotex Vietnam yarn factory – Zone C – Phase 3
In addition, the Company was also assigned to implement the project of Brotex Vietnam yarn factory – Area C – Phase 3 located at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Go Dau District, Tay Ninh Province. Ricons will undertake structural work, finishing, M&E and infrastructure construction for the factory with a total construction area of more than 93,000 m2. The project includes the following items: 1 factory, 4 warehouses and infrastructure. The expected construction time is 7 months.
With the prominent strength in industrial factory projects, for many years, Ricons has always been the only contractor trusted by Brotex. The project of Brotex Vietnam yarn factory – Zone C is the third package Ricons has been assigned to undertake.
Winning consecutive bids for large-scale projects from strategic principals has further affirmed the capacity and reputation of Ricons in the market. Especially, with an abundant source of work from a series of large-scale projects, the picture of Ricons’ production and business activities in 2022 is extremely bright, promising strong growth and impressive breakthrough in the near future.
