Ricons Winning Multiple Projects With A Total Value Of More Than 3,000 Billion

In the first half of the year, besides large-scale projects currently implemented across the country, Ricons has won 3 new projects with a total value of more than VND 3,000 billion.

Nexus commercial building

The Nexus is a multi-functional building project invested by Refico. Located in the high-value estate of Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1, the project includes 5 basements and 2 towers of 25 – 36 floors, with a total floor area of up to 112,000 m2. As the General Contractor, Ricons will commence the project in the third quarter of this year.

At a prime location in the heart of the city, with strategic planning and high-class facilities, The Nexus is worthy of a 5-star commercial complex.

Waterpoint Nam Long

Waterpoint Nam Long is a project invested by Nam Long Group. According to the contract, Ricons will carry out structural and roughing packages for 145 luxury villas in Valora Aquaria 3 and 2 clubhouses.

Up to 355 hectares in total area, Waterpoint is a large-scale urban project located in Ben Luc (Long An), the southwest gateway of Ho Chi Minh City. Adjacent to 5.8 km of Vam Co Dong River and a diverse flora ecosystem, the project has recently attracted the great attention of investors and customers.

Brotex Vietnam yarn factory – Area C-C

One of Ricons’ notable partners in industrial works construction, Brotex Co., Ltd. has continued to trust the Company as the General Contractor of Design and Construction for Brotex Yarn Factory – Area C-C at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Go Dau District, Tay Ninh Province.

Ricons will carry out the entire construction project with a total area of more than 191,775 m². The project is expected to be completed in 2022.
