On the morning of November 29, 2019 at Dreamplex hall (Binh Thanh district) took place the management training session Rileader Training IV. With the topic: “The art of leadership and business administration”, the program was attracted more than 250 employees from Ricons departments/construction site in 3 regions of North – Central – South.
The first part of the program was a report summarizing the activities of Rileader Training in 2019 presented by Mr. Pham Canh Dong – Club President. In order to create a truly interesting and effective learning and living environment for the management team and potential leaders of Ricons, the Board of Directors of Rileader Training has surveyed, researched and built up the The program is really useful to provide management knowledge and improve soft skills for the participants.

Part 2 of the program is specially dedicated to honor Ricons employees who have made improvements to improve work efficiency. Also at the program, Mr. Vu Linh Quang – General Director of ARDOR directly presented the “Green Certificate” for the Ricons mechanical processing factory to the representative of the Company’s Management Board.

The last part of the session was the sharing on “The art of leadership and corporate governance” presented by Dr. Le Tham Duong. Dr. Le Tham Duong is known for inspiring young people and generations of businesses, in addition, he is also a “business doctor” specializing in consulting for large domestic and foreign corporations such as: LG, Toyota, Honda, VNPT, etc. With a lively guide, practical experiences taught by Dr. Share has received enthusiastic response and high appreciation from club members.
