In the morning of April 05, 2019, at the Dreamplex hall (Binh Thanh District), the first training topic was held under the series of Rileader Training management training program. With the topic: “Art of Convincing Presentation”, the program attracted more than 100 employees of management levels working at Ricons.
Speaker of the program was Mr. Le Nhu Hieu – Doctor of Economics of Bulacan Sate University and training expert approved by Dale Carnegie Training & Associates – USA. He has more than 20 years of working experience in domestic and foreign corporations. At present, he is senior consultant in business, marketing and management for prestigious organizations in many different fields. With the knowledge and useful practical methods brought by this topic, the program prepared for learners confidence, control ability and initiative in every situation which arises when presenting their ideas convincingly, vividly and attractively.
The program was closed and received enthusiastic response and appreciation from the participants. Hopefully, the practical meaning brought by this training model will contribute to further developing the management personnel at the Company.
