River Garden Residences project is an apartment complex that owns the diamond location of SwanBay urban areaon Dai Phuoc island, Dong Nai province. Located in a population of 200 hectares, the project includes two 16-storey towers built in a dual model, divided into 2 separate aisles. The project will provide the market with 509 apartments with 1-3 bedroom designs and 41 shophouses of various sizes.
Implemented by Ricons from the end of 2020, up to now, the construction has reached the 15th floor, basically completing 90% of the structural work. According to the plan in November, the Ricons team will top out the project and enter the completion works.
