In May 2026, Atera Central project continued to accelerate construction activities, closely following the implementation schedule and the set project targets.
At the site, Atera Gallery was completed and handed over by Ricons, before being officially opened by the Developer on May 10, 2026. In parallel, at the high-rise zone, Ricons’ Site Management Board completed the basement closure works and proceeded with construction up to Levels 2 and 3 at Towers CT1 and CT2.

Currently, the project’s Site Management Board is focusing resources and maintaining strict control over safety, quality and construction progress across the entire site. The team is also ensuring seamless coordination among relevant departments to keep subsequent work items on track.
As the General Contractor, Ricons continues to leverage its capabilities, construction experience and strong sense of responsibility in every work item, with the goal of accompanying the Developer in shaping a modern and well-appointed living space in Hung Yen.
