RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Swanbay La Maison belongs to the Swanbay project cluster at Dai Phuoc Island, Nhon Trach, Dong Nai. Participating in the project, Ricons implemented a package of structural construction, exterior finishing and M&E installation for 249 villas. With the guaranteed construction progress, now the main lines of the project have been gradually completed. The project is expected to be handed over in the fourth quarter of this year.
It is known that Ricons is also implementing many villa projects such as Venita Park Khang Dien, The Manor Central Park, etc. With experience and professional construction capacity, Ricons is confident to successfully implement the Swanbay La Maison project.
