RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Thanh Long Bay beach resort and sports urban complex is one of the outstanding projects of the investor Nam Group. Located right next to Mui Ke Ga, the project owns 16 luxury resort subdivisions and 1 leading marine sports center in Vietnam.
Over the past time, Ricons has implemented infrastructure work for the whole project with a scale of 93 hectares, including the following parts: underground part, sand and stone foundation structure, tile finishing and M&E system. Currently, Ricons team has basically completed the project and is in the handover phase. With the application of materials and the most modern infrastructure construction solutions, Ricons has brought outstanding values in terms of quality, time and cost optimization to the Investor.
