The experience of the preceding generation remains an invaluable asset to every business. These are not only lessons forged through time and practice but also guiding principles that help the next generation learn and grow throughout their career journeys. When such experience is openly and systematically shared, younger colleagues can absorb essential knowledge while being inspired by a sense of responsibility, corporate culture, and professional integrity. In an increasingly competitive construction industry, inheriting and leveraging the wisdom of experienced leaders is a key factor in ensuring sustainable development and preserving the identity of the organization.
On Saturday, May 31, 2025, Ricons hosted the program “Sharing Directions & the Path to Sustainable Development” for nearly 160 MEP Division employees in Ho Chi Minh City. This meaningful event served as a bridge between senior leadership and the next generation of professionals.
As part of the program, Mr. Tran Van Muoi – Operations Director of Ricons – delivered a heartfelt and insightful talk reflecting on his 20+ year journey in the construction industry. Having held various roles from site supervisor and project manager to executive positions, his storytelling provided young colleagues with a comprehensive view of career development, while emphasizing the importance of dedication, loyalty, and responsibility.
He affirmed:
“The previous generation paves the way for the next” – a philosophy that underscores how Ricons nurtures a strong, united, and ever-evolving workforce.
More than just an inspirational session, the program reaffirmed Ricons’ commitment to building future leadership, fostering a fair and transparent workplace where every team member has the opportunity to grow and showcase their value.
This is one of many initiatives that reflect Ricons’ long-term sustainability strategy – putting people at the heart of development and generational transition as the foundation for long-lasting success.
