The Manor Central Park is a project developed by Bitexco Group at Nguyen Xien Street, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi. With a total area of 89ha, the project has a variety of types from townhouses to townhouses, villas, etc. In which, Ricons has built more than 200 villas in Block 4B (raw part) and Block B (completed part) interior improvement, electromechanical, landscape).

Started at the end of September 2019, the project is currently undergoing mass construction and completion. In just half a year, Ricons has almost fulfilled the investor’s desire with meticulous and delicate care for each finishing line at the project. According to the plan, the whole project will be handed over according to the schedule from now until the end of July 2020.

At Ricons, besides high-rise buildings and industrial factories, the low-rise building segment (villas, semi-detached houses – single-family houses, etc) accounts for about 30% of the Company’s construction activities. This shows that Ricons always has strong human resources, equipment and high-tech techniques ready to respond to low-rise projects. At the same time, with experience and success in construction of many projects such as Swan Park, Verosa Park, Vinhomes Ocean Park Villa, Nine South,… Ricons is now also the choice of many investors in the field of villas and shophouses.
