Recently, the high-rise mixed-use building HH1, part of the Golden Palace A entertainment park, school, residential, commercial, and service complex (The Matrix One – Phase 2), has successfully completed a significant concrete pour for basement level B3. This pour, with a volume of 4.200 m³, marks the largest batch of concrete used in the project to date.

– Tower HH1-1: 3 basement levels and 44 floors.
– Tower HH1-2: 3 basement levels and 37 floors.
– Total Housing Units: 990 units upon completion.
Construction Start: Mid-July 2024. The project management team has been diligently overseeing the construction process, closely adhering to the schedule while ensuring Safety and Quality of the project.
