Ricons has recently been trusted by the founder of Ecopark to contract for 331 more villas in The Garden and Plaza subdivisions of the Eco Central Park Vinh project in Nghe An province

Previously, in April 2023, the founder of Ecopark decided to collaborate with Ricons to deploy almost 500 villas close to the project’s Garden area. Thus, up to this point, Ricons will be responsible for the building of all 825 nearby villas, formally becoming the strategic contractor for structural construction and basic subdivision completion of The Garden. The Eco Central Park project, which spans over 200 hectares, is the first in Vinh City to be created with a distinct landscape and class, and a multi-story environment.
