– Project Scale: Constructed on an area of nearly 4,000 m2, with a total floor area of approximately 28,000 m2, the building includes 16 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels.
– Highlights: This is the first Grade A office building being developed in the West Lake West urban area of Hanoi.
– Contract Package: Structure and bare finish, finishing works, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and fire protection systems.
