RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
When the city lights up is time for the construction crew to carry on with the night shift. In the evenings of May 31 and June 1, the Executive Board of the West Gate project poured concrete to close the basement floor covers L1 of two consecutive apartment blocks C1 and C2, the last two floor covers among a total of seven that Ricons is working on. The entire concrete volume of the batch amounts to around 1000m3.
The West Gate is the first luxury residential complex project in Binh Chanh to date, with An Gia as its investor. The project consists of seven apartment blocks, each with one basement and twenty storeys. The basement space is 7000 m2 with two basements, and the overall floor building area adds up to 185,000 m2.
In this particular project, Ricons takes on the role of general contractor concerning the following categories: design, construction, and M&E installation.
Despite the challenging conditions of outdoor construction work in the rainy months, Ricons and the West Gate project management team are set in their ways to ensure safety issues, as well as the timely completion of this project.
