Oriental Square is a Grade A office building, developed by the Investor Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company and the project developer OSI Holdings International Investment Joint Stock Company (OSI Holdings), with a construction orientation and operation following LEED Gold standards (certification for green buildings by the U.S. Green Building Council), to ensure green and sustainable criteria in line with contemporary trends.

The project is built on a land area of nearly 4000 m2, with a total floor area of about 28,000 m2, including 16 above-ground floors and 03 basement floors. The roof is designed to create elevated garden spaces, creating the distinctive feature of the building. Once completed and put into operation, Oriental Square will be an ideal location for businesses to establish headquarters and offices, providing a modern working environment close to nature. As of the current time, this is the first Grade A office building project to be implemented in the West Lake area of Hanoi. Participating in this project, Ricons will be responsible for both the structural and finishing construction.
