At Ricons, occupational safety is not just a fundamental value—it is an integral part of our Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Policy. The company implements a comprehensive safety management system, adhering to ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety and ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management, ensuring that all operations strictly comply with international standards.

On-site, the safety management system is operated with precision and professionalism by the Occupational Safety Board. Each project has a dedicated safety committee, responsible for key activities such as specialized training, safety drills, risk assessment before execution, on-site safety supervision, and security control.
