Chairman
Mr. Nguyen Sy Cong has more than 27 years of experience in the construction field. He has held many key positions at leading companies in the industry, and has been a member of the Ricons Board of Directors for many years.
In June 2021, he was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of Ricons Board of Directors. With the Board of Directors in providing the right direction and development strategy, timely decisions, he will bring Ricons to a great development in the construction market.
General Director
With nearly 30 years of experience, Mr. Tran Quang Quan is a hands-on leader who upholds integrity and remains steadfast in his commitments. Since assuming the role of General Director at Ricons in June 2021, he has steered the company to a record-breaking revenue of VND 11,384 billion in 2022 and expanded its portfolio into infrastructure and public investment in 2023. Under his leadership, Ricons has successfully secured major contracts for key national projects, including Long Thanh International Airport and T3 Terminal at Tan Son Nhat Airport.
Drawing from his extensive expertise in managing large-scale developments such as Landmark 81, The Grand Hồ Tràm, and Nam Hội An Casino, Mr Tran Quang Quan and the board of Directors continue to drive Ricons toward new heights.
Operations Director
With 24 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Ho Van Thao has held key positions at leading enterprises in Vietnam. He has served as the Project Director for numerous large-scale, technically complex developments worth trillions of VND, including Landmark 81, The Nexus, Celadon City Diamond Brilliant, Celadon City Diamond Alnata Plus, significantly enhancing Ricons' brand reputation.
Currently, he is directly managing the construction of Long Thanh International Airport, a national strategic project, ensuring progress, quality, and professionalism. With a calm yet decisive leadership style, he has earned the trust of both domestic and international partners.
Armed with unwavering expertise and a strong track record, Mr. Ho Van Thao remains committed to Ricons, determined to drive the successful completion of this landmark project and contribute to the nation’s infrastructure development.
Operations Director
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam, with 27 years of experience in the construction industry, has held senior leadership roles at Ricons since 2008. As one of the founding members instrumental in establishing the company’s construction division, he has been deeply involved with Ricons since its early days.
He has directly managed major projects such as West Gate, The Grand Manhattan, À La Carte Ha Long Hotel and Park City. Notably, he is currently leading the construction of T3 Terminal at Tan Son Nhat Airport, a national key project that has consistently met critical milestones set by the Government and investors. Under his leadership, Ricons continues to reinforce its reputation for excellence in progress, quality and aesthetics.
With his extensive expertise, strategic mindset, and pioneering spirit, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam remains committed to driving Ricons toward greater achievements.
Operations Director
Bringing 26 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Tran The Phuong has held key leadership roles at Vietnam’s top construction firms before joining Ricons as Operations Director in 2022. His strategic vision and expertise have significantly contributed to the company’s expansion.
He has led numerous large-scale projects, including Akari Hoang Nam, Elysian, Brotex, Waterpoint – Vam Co Dong Southgate, Phu My 3 Industrial Park Warehouse and Eco Retreat Long An. Known for his deep market understanding and decisive leadership, he focuses on optimizing operations and developing a high-performing team, ensuring Ricons continues the trajectory of excellence.
Operations Director
With 27 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Tran Van Muoi has held key positions at major corporations before being appointed Operations Director at Ricons in 2022. He oversees core departments, particularly the Technical Division—the company’s “heart”—ensuring that every project meets the highest technical and quality standards.
Under his leadership, the Technical Division and BIM Department have made significant strides, earning prestigious awards such as the Autodesk ASEAN Innovation Awards 2024 and The Design & Make 2024 in the U.S. His expertise in tendering, construction methodologies and technical execution enables Ricons to deliver optimal value, superior quality, and a professional edge across all projects.
Operations Director
Having been with Ricons since the early days of his career, Mr. Nguyen Hieu has dedicated over 15 years to the company, leaving his mark on large-scale projects such as Eco Central Park Vinh, Dwight School, Imperia Smart City, Foxconn Bac Giang, Kosmo Tây Hồ, Masteri An Khánh, Sky Oasis (Ecopark) and The Manor Central Park.
Currently serving as Operations Director and Chief Representative of the Hanoi Office, he leads the team and drives Ricons’ expansion in the northern region. With his dynamic leadership and unwavering enthusiasm, he not only contributes to the company’s success but also inspires the next generation at Ricons to take on new challenges.
Chief Accountant
With over 13 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tung is highly regarded by the leadership team, colleagues, and partners for his composure, professionalism and integrity.
As Chief Accountant, he continuously leverages his expertise and accumulated experience while embracing challenges with determination. His rigorous financial management and commitment to excellence position him as a key contributor to Ricons' long-term growth and stability.
