Chairman
As Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Pham Quan Luc will work closely with the Executive Board in shaping Ricons’ long-term development goals. With his management experience and strong sense of responsibility, he is expected to join the Executive Board in enhancing the Company’s competitiveness and driving Ricons toward continued stability and sustainable growth in Vietnam’s construction market.
Chairman of the Strategic Advisory Board
With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Tran Quang Quan is a hands-on leader who upholds credibility and consistently honors his commitments. Backed by extensive experience gained from landmark projects such as Landmark 81, The Grand Ho Tram, Casino Nam Hoi An and others, in his role as Chairman of the Strategic Advisory Board, he will work alongside the Executive Board to continue taking Ricons to new heights.
General Director
Having been with Ricons since the early days of his career, Mr. Nguyen Hieu has spent more than 15 years accompanying the Company’s development journey and leaving his mark on a series of large-scale projects. With hands-on management experience, strong project execution capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of the Company’s operations, in his role as General Director, Mr. Nguyen Hieu will continue to work alongside the Executive Board to lead Ricons in enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening team capabilities, and closely pursuing its growth objectives in the new development phase.
Operations Director
With 24 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Ho Van Thao has held key positions at leading enterprises in Vietnam. He has served as the Project Director for numerous large-scale, technically complex developments worth trillions of VND, including Landmark 81, The Nexus, Celadon City Diamond Brilliant, Celadon City Diamond Alnata Plus, significantly enhancing Ricons' brand reputation.
With a calm yet decisive leadership style, he has earned the trust of both domestic and international partners.
Operations Director
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam, with 27 years of experience in the construction industry, has held senior leadership roles at Ricons since 2008. As one of the founding members instrumental in establishing the company’s construction division, he has been deeply involved with Ricons since its early days.
He has directly managed major projects such as West Gate, The Grand Manhattan, À La Carte Ha Long Hotel and Park City.
With his extensive expertise, strategic mindset, and pioneering spirit, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam remains committed to driving Ricons toward greater achievements.
Operations Director
Bringing 26 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Tran The Phuong has held key leadership roles at Vietnam’s top construction firms before joining Ricons as Operations Director in 2022. His strategic vision and expertise have significantly contributed to the company’s expansion.
He has led numerous large-scale projects, including Akari Hoang Nam, Elysian, Brotex, Waterpoint – Vam Co Dong Southgate, Phu My 3 Industrial Park Warehouse and Eco Retreat Long An. Known for his deep market understanding and decisive leadership, he focuses on optimizing operations and developing a high-performing team, ensuring Ricons continues the trajectory of excellence.
Operations Director
With 27 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Tran Van Muoi has held key positions at major corporations before being appointed Operations Director at Ricons in 2022. He oversees core departments, particularly the Technical Division—the company’s “heart”—ensuring that every project meets the highest technical and quality standards.
Under his leadership, the Technical Division and BIM Department have made significant strides, earning prestigious awards such as the Autodesk ASEAN Innovation Awards 2024 and The Design & Make 2024 in the U.S. His expertise in tendering, construction methodologies and technical execution enables Ricons to deliver optimal value, superior quality, and a professional edge across all projects.
Operations Director
Recognized as an Operations Director with a decisive leadership style, strong enthusiasm, open-mindedness and creative thinking, Mr. Phan Vinh Phuc has accompanied Ricons through many important stages of development. Throughout his career, he has held various positions and taken on key responsibilities in project management and project execution, consistently demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility, solid professional expertise, and the leadership capability to guide teams in successfully achieving assigned objectives.
Chief Accountant
With over 13 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tung is highly regarded by the leadership team, colleagues, and partners for his composure, professionalism and integrity.
As Chief Accountant, he continuously leverages his expertise and accumulated experience while embracing challenges with determination. His rigorous financial management and commitment to excellence position him as a key contributor to Ricons' long-term growth and stability.
