Ricons evaluates the financial competence of Subcontractors/Suppliers through financial data. Financial data are collected and analyzed as the preliminary assessment of financial competence/potential of the Subcontractors/Suppliers. On that basis, Ricons will delegate project tasks to suitable Subcontractors/Suppliers, as well as create a priority list for future projects.
We always evaluate the quality management system of our suppliers/subcontractors, ensuring that your products/services meet Ricons’ general requirements/regulations on purchasing & contracting. , according to the standards of each project.
At this first evaluation stage, Ricons will determine the quality requirements based on the basic technical criteria typical of each field, compared with specific standards and measures in the management system. Quality Supplier/subcontractor.
The responsiveness of the Supplier/subcontractor depends on the operational management capacity to ensure the continuity, safety and sustainability of business operations.
Ricons will coordinate with the information provided by the partners, the actual survey and on-site assessment of the quality of the Supplier/Subcontractor.

Relations Logistics/import/export capacity (if relevant)

Ricons vows to bring the service and work of high quality to the Developer. Subcontractors/Suppliers are directly responsible for the construction and for creating the service/job value. This means that Ricons must ensure the capacity and quality of the Subcontractors/Suppliers’s performance.
Therefore, based on that collaborative effort, Subcontractors/Suppliers are obliged to provide information and data to enable Ricons to effectively manage on-site services/goods. When participating in the project, Subcontractors/Suppliers must ensure the supply/construction of goods and services meet with technical requirements and contract terms.
